Shipping policy

DELIVERY TERMS AND SHIPPING COSTS

We ship to mainland France, the DOM-TOM, and several European countries: Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, and the Republic of Ireland.

We also ship to Switzerland, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Canada (exclusively to Quebec).

All orders placed from Monday to Thursday are shipped the following day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

The delivery service is provided by Colissimo, Mondial Relay, and Chronopost Shop2Shop depending on your choice. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you enter your delivery address at the time of checkout.

 

Delivery to France and Monaco

Shipping costs with Colissimo home delivery 48/72H start from €8.75 and with Chronopost Shop2Shop relay points starting from €4.50.

Free delivery to a relay point in France for purchases over €70.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Orders to countries outside the EU are exempt from French VAT. However, they are subject to any applicable taxes and customs duties in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
