    Apply to the scalp and massage with your fingertips (minimum 3 minutes). Brush your hair from root to tip to diffuse the product without adding more. Cover your hair. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes (you can leave it overnight), then wash your hair.

    It is recommended to use the Growth Serum with the Growth Booster for greater effectiveness.

Les sérums sont-ils adaptés à mes cheveux ?

Tous nos produits sont compatibles à vos cheveux et ce quel que soit leur nature.

Roots a été pensé et étudié pour répondre aux plus grandes problématiques liées au cuir chevelu, car qu’ils soient lisses, bouclés ou crépus tout commence à la racine.

A quelle fréquence puis-je utiliser les sérums ?

Il s'agit de traitement entièrement naturel vous pouvez les utiliser tout au long de l'année à la fréquence souhaitée.

Il est toutefois conseillé d'utiliser nos produits en cure de 2 à 4 mois (plusieurs fois par an), 1 à 2 fois par semaine.

Est-il possible de continuer à utiliser des produits chimiques en mêmetemps ?

Oui. Il est possible de continuer à utiliser des produits chimiques tels que shampoing, après shampoing, coloration.

Cela n'aura pas d'incidence sur l'efficacité des produits.

Quelle est la différence entre l'ALPHA et l'OMEGA ?

Alpha (booster), c’est le soin puissant du cuir chevelu.

Il limite la chute, stimule la pousse, diminue les pellicules, calme les irritations et peut aider en cas de psoriasis.

Il assainit en profondeur et active la microcirculation.

C’est un soin de correction et d’activation, idéal quand le cuir chevelu est en crise.

Oméga (sérum), c’est le soin doux et polyvalent.

Il fortifie et nourrit le cuir chevelu, mais aussi les longueurs.

Il leur apporte souplesse, brillance et protection.

Sans huiles essentielles ni ingrédients trop forts, il est adapté aux personnes sensibles, femmes enceintes ou enfants, et peut être utilisé seul ou en complément d’Alpha.

Pourquoi les sérums ont une forte odeur ?

Nos produits sont exempts de produits chimiques, et de parfum. Ils possèdent une forte odeur en raison de leurs hautes concentrations en ingrédients naturels, ce qui est gage de qualité.

Les huiles essentielles utilisées parfois ne suffisent pas à masquer l'odeur naturelle de certaines huiles. Ne vous inquiétez pas l'odeur disparait complément au lavage.

Appliqué en petite quantité sur les longueurs l'odeur ne se fait pas non plus sentir tout au long de la journée.

Combien de temps dois-je laisser poser les sérums ?

Au minimum 30 minutes pour les plus pressé. L’idéal serait 1 à 2 h. Vous pouvez laisser agir toute une nuit.

Where are the products manufactured?

All our products are manufactured in our workshop in France and more precisely in Seine et Marne.

How often can I use serums?

This is an entirely natural treatment you can use them throughout the year at the desired frequency.

However, it is recommended to use our products as a treatment for 2 to 4 months (several times a year), 1 to 2 times a week.

Qu’est-ce que “la Clé” et comment l’utiliser ?

Pour chaque commande du duo ALPHA & OMEGA ou de l’un de nos coffrets, vous recevrez la Clé.

Un objet discret, presque silencieux, mais porteur d’un accès unique.

La Clé est une pastille munie d’une technologie invisible : le NFC.

Elle vous permet d’accéder à une page secrète, exclusivement réservée à ceux et celles qui détiennent cette Clé.

Ce qui s’y trouve ne peut être dévoilé ici.

C’est un espace à part. Un lieu intérieur. Une porte entrouverte vers un autre rythme, un autre soin, un autre rapport à soi.

Comment utiliser la Clé ?

Pas besoin de code ni de mot de passe. Votre téléphone suffit. Voici les étapes, expliquées avec soin, pour que la magie opère.

Pour les IPhones :

  1. Déverrouillez votre Iphone.
  2. Approchez doucement le haut de l'Iphone (près de l'appareil photo) contre la clé.
  3. Une notification s'affiche automatiquement en haut de l'écran.
  4. Touchez-la : vous serez guidé(e) vers la page secrète.

Sur les modèles plus anciens (iPhone 7 à X), vous devrez peut-être activer manuellement la lecture NFC dans votre centre de contrôle.

Pour les téléphones Android :

  1. Allez dans vos Réglages > Connexion / Appareil connecté > Activez NFC.
  2. Revenez à l'écran d'acceuil.
  3. Posez délicatement l'arrière de votre téléphone (généralement le centre ou le haut) contre la clé.
  4. Une fenêtre apparaîtra automatiquement. Cliquez dessus pour accéder.

Et si cela ne fonctionne pas ?

Pas d'inquiétude.

Certains modèles plus anciens ne reconnaissent pas le NFC, ou nécessitent plusieurs tentatives.

Is it possible to continue using chemicals at the same time?

Yes. It is possible to continue using chemical products such as shampoo, conditioner, coloring.
This will not impact the effectiveness of the products.
